- Map-Based Service Center Locator: Users can locate car service centers (e.g., maintenance, car care, oil change) and interact with premium service centers offering bookings and guaranteed quality.
- Car Spare Parts and Retail Shops: Explore and purchase spare parts categorized by brand, manufacturing year, and quality, with flexible refund options for eligible purchases.
- Towing Service (Winch): Order emergency towing services directly from the app.
- Insurance Quotas and Marketing: Access insurance offers from broker partners.
- Portable Car Services: Request car maintenance services at your home or preferred location.
- Payment Solutions: Secure payments through Paymob’s payment gateway, offering multiple payment methods.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or booking services.
- Comply with all local laws and regulations when using Fixawi’s services.
- Treat Fixawi’s staff, partners, and service providers with respect.
- Use Fixawi’s platform only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent or malicious activities.
Service Center Premium Listings
- Fixawi features Premium Service Centers that meet specific quality and service standards.
- Premium centers may offer additional booking options, including scheduling appointments or direct visits.
- Fixawi does not directly own or manage service centers and is not liable for their actions or omissions. However, Fixawi ensures that premium centers meet strict criteria to provide high-quality services.
Spare Parts and Refunds
- Spare parts are categorized as original parts and non-original parts with detailed specifications (e.g., brand, manufacturing year).
- Fixawi is not the direct seller of parts but acts as a facilitator between users and spare parts vendors.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to vendor-specific terms. Users must comply with refund conditions outlined by the vendor (e.g., return timelines, proof of purchase).
- Fixawi will mediate disputes if necessary to ensure fair treatment.
Towing Services (Winch)
- Users can request towing services for emergencies through Fixawi’s platform.
- The towing service is provided by independent third-party operators.
- Fixawi is not liable for delays, damages, or other issues arising during towing services. However, Fixawi will work to resolve complaints with the provider on behalf of the user.
Insurance Marketing and Brokerage
- Fixawi markets insurance products offered by broker partners.
- All insurance policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective broker or insurance company.
- Fixawi is not responsible for claims, disputes, or policy management after the user purchases an insurance product.
Portable Car Services
- Users can book portable car services to be performed at their home or preferred location.
- Services must be requested through the Fixawi app and scheduled as per availability.
- Portable services are offered by third-party technicians. Fixawi ensures these providers meet quality standards but is not directly responsible for their actions.
Payment Solutions
- Fixawi uses Paymob as its payment gateway to facilitate secure and flexible payment options.
- Payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options.
- Fixawi does not store payment details; all transactions are processed securely by Paymob.
- In case of payment disputes, users should contact Fixawi support immediately.
Limitation of Liability
- Fixawi is a facilitator connecting users with service providers (e.g., service centers, tow operators, spare part vendors). We are not directly responsible for the performance, quality, or delays caused by third-party providers.
- Fixawi’s liability is limited to mediating disputes and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Fixawi is not liable for:
- o Any damage to vehicles during service or towing.
- o Misuse or incorrect installation of spare parts.
- o Delays caused by third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
- All content on Fixawi’s app and website, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Fixawi.
- Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing Fixawi’s intellectual property without explicit written consent.
Service Availability
- Fixawi strives to ensure uninterrupted access to its platform. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability due to potential technical issues, updates, or third-party service disruptions.
Termination of Use
- Fixawi reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- Refuse access to the platform for fraudulent or malicious activities.
- Remove inappropriate or fraudulent content submitted by users.
Dispute Resolution
